Air Travel Tips to Secure and Convenient

For those of you who have solid activity, aircraft to be a reliable alternative for shorter travel.

However, not everyone can feel comfortable while flying in an airplane. Some are due to psychological factors, pregnant condition, health disorders, and other factors. To prevent that, here are some tips you can practice when you are traveling by plane:

First, the preparation before traveling:

(3)    Book a seat, that can make you feel comfortable;

(4)    For a trip that takes a long time, you should prepare a small pillow for your back is not too tired. Complete with a small blanket or shawl to anticipate if the AC on the plane is too cold.

Second, time of flight:

(1)    Departed early so you can check in with ease without having to worry about missing the flight schedule;

(2)    To avoid tension, you should stretch the body, before boarding the plane;

(3)    For no leg cramps, you should briefly twist your ankle. If possible, it is not wrong to stand for a moment from the chair every half hour;

(4)    Drink plenty of water, especially for long trips, so you do not dehydrate;

3. Check in on time

Check-in counters are usually open two hours before departure time. If your arrival to the airport one hour before flight departure, you still have ample opportunity to check-in.

4. Boarding pass

5. Prepare Travel Documents

Prepare or save Ticket / Boarding Pass, Passport & Identification in a handbag, making it easier at the time of check in and examination.

Safe Flight for Pregnant Women

Before you book a ticket, discuss travel plans with your doctor. Make sure there are no problems in your pregnancy and get permission from a doctor.

Wear comfortable shoes. High heels are not recommended because it certainly will add to the burden lifted your foot. Wear flats are easily loosened. Use loose clothing and bring a sweater to keep your body temperature.

Try to come early to the airport, so that at the time of check in you can choose a convenient place. Here are some convenient places in the plane:

  • A chair near the toilet so you do not have to walk far to urinate or defecate
  • Aisle seat/road, by sitting in that position you not have to coincide, the crush to grab a seat.
  • A chair near the center emergency exit center, this chair usually has a roomy enough space to stretch legs
  • Bring your own food during the trip. Make sure you bring food that has a complete nutrition. Do not forget to bring fresh fruit or juice cans. However you should avoid fast food.
  • If your trip takes a long time, try to walk around every half hour. It would be easier if you sit near the aisle.
  • Every few minutes, lift both feet from the floor when seated and rotate your ankles in both directions. Then straighten your legs. This activity will help keep blood and fluid from the leg stretch.
